Pleasure Dealing With The Team

From the moment we considered moving to Hyundai it has been a pleasure dealing with the team at the Croydon office, Vanessa especially, it has been professional yet conversational, efficient without stress and I have never had to pick up the phone once to ask how things are progressing.

When we purchased the car, we did this on the proviso that we were selling our Q5. As it happens our Q5 sold within 3 days and Vanessa immediately offered us a loan car until the Tucsan arrived. This is something that blows a lot of big names out of the water and I can guarantee most customers would be told to sort a solution for themselves.

Come Out Happy and Smiling

I would just like to let you know how well I was treated when I put my car in for service last Thursday 5/2/2015.  This is the first time I have completed my car service and come out happy and smiling in 20 years. I was using your service centre for the first time having purchased my i40 Hyundai from another dealer in November. The car had a problem and was due its 45,000 km service. Your head mechanic (diagnostic) drove with me and diagnosed the problem efficiently and correctly. He was courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable an asset for your business. Your service people were also focused and helpful allowing the process to flow in a timely manner. The courtesy bus was of great assistance in allowing me to continue functioning that day and Sam was exceptional in delivering and picking me up. All costs and services were explained and discussed. Having experienced other car dealer service centres this was such an exceptional process that I had to let you know. A great product is only as good as the people who support it. In the cut throat world of car dealerships and service centres this was such a well run and supported service. I hope it continues. I will definitely be returning.

I would like to advise you of my recent experience with Phil Gilbert Hyundai Croydon. We came to your yard & found something we were interested in but was still out of our range. We called the yard again & spoke with Will & advised him of the car we were interested in & how much we had to spend. He then proceeded to follow up on my requests. The following sales procedure was problem free & Will constantly kept me informed of the progress. I had even asked for some minor details for the vehicle itself which to my delight he had organised for me. I would recommend buying any car at Phil Gilbert Croydon. Faultless and Flawless

Without thinking twice Glenn allowed me and my wife to have his own personal company car until our car has been fixed.
