*Phil Gilbert Hyundai "1 year / 15,000kms Free Scheduled Servicing" Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Hyundai ("Phil Gilbert Hyundai") of 646 Parramatta Road Croydon NSW 2132.
2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday 1st May 2024 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Friday 31st May 2024.

Eligibility

3. To be eligible, the customer must purchase a new Hyundai Tucson vehicle (the "Vehicle") from Phil Gilbert Hyundai stock vehicles between 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday 1st May 2024 and 5:30 p.m. on Friday 31st May 2024; and take delivery of the Vehicle not later than Sunday 30th June 2024 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Hyundai Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian resident, private customers aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business customers, except for nominated small business customers of Phil Gilbert Hyundai. Government, Rental, Fleet, and Not For Profit vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply;
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families.

Free Service Offer

6. Each eligible customer will receive free their scheduled Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan service (excluding intermediate services) for a period of 1 year or 15,000kms, whichever is earlier.
7. Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan Services means the Scheduled Maintenance Service recommended by the manufacturer and specified in the Vehicle’s Service Passport, excluding intermediate services.
8. The free Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan Services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Hyundai Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Hyundai Guest Experience Centre.
9. The Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan Service Program terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at https://www.hyundai.com/au/en/owning/servicing. Please note that these terms and conditions include service windows for each Scheduled Maintenance Service. Lapsed services will not be covered under this offer.
10. This offer is not redeemable for cash.
11. This offer is not transferable with the Vehicle if it is sold prior to the expiration of 1 year / 15,000kms whichever is earlier.
