Gillen Motors Pty Ltd “Hyundai Service CSI Survey” Competition Terms and Conditions – Feb - July 2022

1. Promotion:

1.1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as;

  • Phil Gilbert Hyundai;
  • Phil Gilbert Lidcombe; and
  • Phil Gilbert Croydon;
(the “Promoter”) of 66 - 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW. 
2. Promotion Period: The offer commences at the opening of business, 7.30 am on 1 January 2022 and ends at 6 pm on 30 June 2022. (the “Offer Period”)
3. Eligibility:

3.1. For valid entry,

3.1.1. The guest must complete a Hyundai Survey CS survey in their own name.

3.1.2. Anonymous surveys do not constitute a valid entry.

3.1.3. The entry will be valid only for the monthly prize draw in the month in which it is completed and reported to the Dealership by HMCA.

3.2. Complete” means that the guest validly completes a Hyundai Service Survey response via email.

3.3. Eligible guests will receive one entry per survey completed.

3.4. The offer is open to all Australian resident private guests aged 18 years or over. This includes Toyota bronze fleet guests.

3.5. The offer is not open to business guests.

3.6 The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families.
4. Prizes:

4.1. The monthly Prize consists of;

4.1.1. 1 x Phil Gilbert Hyundai service department credit to the value of $500.00 for use on services on the vehicle to which the survey relates;

4.1.2. Service credits can only be used at Phil Gilbert Hyundai service locations at Lidcombe and Croydon;

4.1.3. Service credits are valid for 2 years from the date of the prize draw; and

4.1.4. Service credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash

4.2. In total there will be six draws of 1 x $500.00 prize. Prizes will be drawn in the months of;

4.2.1. February 2022 for entries received in January 2022;

4.2.2. March 2022 for entries received in February 2022; 

4.2.3. April 2022 for entries received in August March; 

4.2.4. May 2022 for entries received in April 2022; 

4.2.5. June 2022 for entries received in May 2022; 

4.2.6. July 2022 for entries received in June 2022
5. Prize Draw:

5.1. The prize draws will be conducted on the first Wednesday of each new month during the period Febuary 2022 to July 2022 for entries from the preceding month at 11 am at 66 – 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW.

5.2. At the prize draw the Promoter will conduct a random draw of one (1) entry from all entries in the prize draw barrel that comply with these terms and conditions from the relevant month of the promotion period to determine the winners of the Prize.

5.3. The prize winners will be notified by telephone and in writing of their prize.

The prize winner’s prize/s can only be redeemed by the prize winner from Gillen Motors Pty Ltd.
6. Publication: 6.1 The prize winners’ names will be published on the Phil Gilbert Motor Group website at https://www.philgilberthyundai.com.au/customer-service/competition-winners on or after each draw takes place. 
7. Prize Redraw:

7.1. If any of the prizes remain unclaimed three months after each draw, despite all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter for any unclaimed prize(s) at 11 am at 66 – 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW.

7.2. In any redraw situation, the prize winner/s will be notified by telephone and in writing of their prize.

In any redraw situation, the prize winners’ names will be published on the Phil Gilbert Motor Group website at https://www.philgilberthyundai.com.au/customer-service/competition-winners after the draw.
8. Winner Publicity:  8.1 The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use prize winners’ name, suburb, photographs, images and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Gillen Motors Pty Ltd unless a written request for anonymity is received from the prize winner.
