#Phil Gilbert Hyundai “3 years / 45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles#) Free Scheduled Servicing” Offer Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Hyundai Croydon, (“Phil Gilbert Hyundai”) of 646 Parramatta Road Croydon NSW 2132.
- The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday 15th September 2021 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Friday 15th October 2021.
- To be eligible, the guest must
a. Make their initial enquiry to purchase a new Hyundai vehicle from Phil Gilbert Hyundai during the Offer Period by submitting an enquiry via a lead form accessed from a Phil Gilbert Hyundai carsales ad. No other lead source will trigger eligibility; and
b. Live in Phil Gilbert Hyundai's Prime Market Area (PMA) as listed in Schedule 1. Evidence of the guest’s residential address will be taken from their current driver’s licence and referred to in the purchase contract as the guest’s address; and
c. Purchase a new Hyundai vehicle (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert Hyundai stock vehicles between 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday 15th September and 5.30 p.m. on Friday 15th October 2021 and take delivery of the Vehicle not later than 5.30 p.m. on Tuesday 30th November 2021 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Hyundai Manager).
- The offer is open to all Australian residents, private guests aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business guests, except for nominated small business guests of Phil Gilbert Hyundai. Government, Rental, Fleet, and Not For Profit vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply;
- The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;
- Each eligible guest will receive free their scheduled Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan services (excluding intermediate services) for a period of 3 years or 45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles#), whichever is earlier as follows;
a. for Passenger, SUV and Light Commercials, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
b. For Sonata 2L Turbo and, Tucson 1.6ltr petrol Turbo, PD i30 1.6ltr petrol Turbo, Elantra 1.6ltr petrol Turbo Kona 1.6ltr petrol Turbo, Sonata 2.0ltr petrol Turbo, Veloster 1.6ltr petrol Turbo and i30 “N”2.0ltr petrol Turbo this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services.#
- Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan Services means the Scheduled Maintenance Services recommended by the manufacturer and specified in the Vehicle’s Service Passport, excluding intermediate services.
- The free Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan Services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Hyundai Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Hyundai Guest Experience Centre.
- The Hyundai icare Lifetime Service Plan Service Program terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at http://www.hyundai.com.au/owning/terms-lifetime-service-plan. Please note that these terms and conditions include service windows for each Scheduled Maintenance Service. Lapsed services will not be covered under this offer.

- This offer is not transferable with the Vehicle if it is sold prior to the expiration of 3 years/ 45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles#) whichever is earlier.
